Two years ago, State Bank & Trust added a “Friends & Family” component to Pay It Forward. Employees received an extra day off, plus a $200 gift card, with one catch – they had to spend them with their families.
In our highlighted photos, employees explored a forest canopy in adventurous ways…enjoyed WE Fest and the Twins’ new stadium with their families and a dear friend…bought their boys a kiddie car…enjoyed a new Wii with several generations…took kids and grandkids on special trips…and treated extended family to dinner.
